Join me for an interactive talk of what hypnosis really is and different types of hypnosis. Learn how you’re already using it and how to do it better! Learn the countless uses of hypnosis for things you might want to change in your life. You’ll learn the basics of self-hypnosis so you can use it for yourself and do some fun exercises to demonstrate how hypnosis works.

The goal of this workshop is to provide a fun, relaxing, informative program to help you develop your own Calm superpower. It includes segments of meditation, tapping (EFT), energy work and self-hypnosis. There will be information, demonstrations, and fun practice of the topics and techniques presented. I’ll have resources for other ways to take care of yourself too!
