The Process

This is a process that begins with you. I'm a certified professional hypnotist. We can work together in my office in Culpeper, Virginia or by Zoom video call.

Tier 1 - Hypnosis Package

3-session hypnosis package individualized to your wants and needs. Each 1-on-1 session is 60-90 minutes in length. Includes additional tools & techniques to use on your own.

Tier 2 - The Take Control Program

5-session hypnosis program focused on behavior or habit change. Each 1-on-1 session is customized for what you want and need. Includes hypnosis and energy techniques. Learn self-hypnosis and energy techniques to use in other areas of your life. Optional 6th session included.

Tier 3 - The Unicorn Protocol

6-session protocol focused on achievement of your goal or dream that you haven't yet been able to accomplish on your own. The program is a combination of hypnosis, coaching, and energy techniques expertly individualized to guide you to the results you want. Phone or email support in between 1-on-1 sessions. Homework between sessions to continue self-exploration to reinforce your work and reach your goal. You’ll learn these techniques to use on your own in other areas of your life. Optional 7th session included.

Hypnosis results may vary from person to person. No individual result should be seen as typical. All clients enter into hypnosis willingly and out of their own desire for self-exploration and/or behavioral change. Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, does not diagnose ailments or prescribe treatments. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. All clients have a personal responsibility to do their part of the work outside of the hypnosis session for the best results.
