This 3-part series can be taken in any order. Each part is an interactive talk on how the Paranormal is a part of everyday life… and doesn’t have to be scary. We’ll talk about some common myths about the paranormal and delve into topics like ESP & Intuition, Psychics & Mediums, Signs from deceased loved ones, Remote Viewing, Hauntings, Ghosts & Spirits, Energy Healing, and Scientific Research.

The goal of this workshop is to provide a fun, relaxing, informative program to help you develop your own Calm superpower. It includes segments of meditation, tapping (EFT), energy work and self-hypnosis. There will be information, demonstrations, and fun practice of the topics and techniques presented. I’ll have resources for other ways to take care of yourself too!
