Letting go of excess weight is about more than food. It’s about emotion, self-reflection, knowing who we are, what we want out of life, and being in alignment with our beliefs. This 6-week group weight loss program can help you figure out the key to achieving your personal healthy weight.
Have you ever eaten something you knew wasn’t the best choice and later regretted eating it? Or have you eaten something because it brought you comfort, reminding you of a wonderful childhood memory? Have you ever eaten something in anger or spite? I think most of us have done at least one of these things… personally I’ve done them all. There’s another way to think about weight loss, one that can have permanent results. ThinkB4Ueat uses hypnosis, psychology, and energy techniques to help you be successful in your weight loss goal.
I offer virtual and in-person groups. Each group is 6-weeks with one 90-minute session per week. Please note: the week after session 3 is purposely skipped.
